Ninja Intensity is located in Castle Rock, CO. We specialize in creating fun and exciting courses that challenge all ages to stay fit and focused. We want to spread awareness on the growing sport that is most commonly seen on the TV show, American Ninja Warrior. Come join us in challenging yourself!

Birthday Parties

Looking for a great idea for a Birthday party? All parties hosted at Ninja Intensity are private! That's right you get the whole building with only your guests. Our fantastic staff will walk you through the basics of running the obstacles that are commonly seen on American Ninja Warrior! Parties are only offered on weekends so don't wait to book your party!

Ni FIT Now offered Wednesday Evenings
​
We are adding 2 new Ni FIT classes Wednesdays 4:15pm, 5:30pm and 6:45pm. Come give it a try while your kids are learning to NINJA.
If evening classes don't work our Morning classes are Monday, Wednesday at 7am and Saturdays at 8am. This is a functional fitness class for all skill levels. A great option for getting fit! Sign up here to try a free class!
